All levels are welcome. Be intuitive with your movement to modify as needed or take as many child’s poses as you need throughout. Classes may call for ankle/wrist weights, a resistance band, or pilates magic circle. feel confident to still practice without.

class types

  • Full 50-60 minute classes designed to make you feel stronger, empowered and reenergized. Physically and spiritually. Based on a mix of mat pilates, yoga, barre, and overall just feel-good movement. We focus on breath, energy, and alignment with high vibes and beats that will raise your vibration and end with a restorative cool down!

  • Bea Sculpt in under 30 minutes. Shorter classes, diving right in, and leaving the cool down up to you. Whether you are traveling and have places to be, or can only dedicate a shorter amount of time to practice, express classes will still leave you vibrating high.

  • From power vinyasa to restorative, flows are where breath and movement reach their highest level of connection. Power classes will push you to flow into your power with dynamic movement, moving fluidly from one pose to another. Restorative classes will give you the time and space to relax and surrender, holding poses for longer and flowing at a slower pace.

  • Whether you are a practicing student or a teacher, bea reformer takes you through empowering classes to strengthen and tone on the FitFormer. Focusing on breath, energy, and alignment, classes work the entire body, some focusing more heavily on abs and arms, or lower body. Moves can be adapted to your reformer at home.
